Devlin McNally Construction began in 2006. Together Dave Devlin and Dan McNally bring a thorough knowledge to the construction and design/build process. DMC has created a reputation of executing projects of various scopes and sizes all the while delivering the highest level of general contracting to their clients. As a result DMC has developed long lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues.

About Dave and Dan

Dave Devlin

Dave Devlin has been working in the building trades for over 15 years. After apprenticing with several Bay Area builders and gaining mastery in the carpentry trade, Dave joined forces with Dan and created DMC. Dave works with his team daily to apply effective and efficient project management practices, generating project estimates, and tracking project costs. He works closely with clients throughout each phase of the construction process to ensure that the desires of the client are understood, executed, and surpassed. Dave is a LEED accredited Green Associate.

Dan McNally

Dan McNally is a second generation California carpenter who began learning craftsman building techniques and carpentry skills from his father at the young age of 14. It was there working for his father that he developed a true love for the craft. Dan is passionate about providing clients with solutions that satisfy their highest aspirations for creative spaces coupled with functional living. Dan oversees projects as he manages teams, quality control, and fosters relationships with subcontractors to ensure that DMC’s overall performance meets the highest standards.
